Shipping and Delivery FAQ
Shipping Methods:
We offer standard shipping as well as express shipping for all orders and local delivery. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-9 days. Our express shipping may take up to 2-4 business days and our local delivery will take up to 5 business days.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Our standard shipping will cost $10 for items under $100.
$15 for express shipping.
Local delivery is free for items over $50 within a 20km radius.
When Will My Order Ship?
Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! Shipping and processing times depend on the items in your order. The type of product(s) you ordered will determine how long it takes to ship. For example, in stock items will ship same or next business day. A custom-made personalized order typically takes 7-10 business days to ship. You’ll also receive individual shipping estimate for your order in a Confirmation email.
If your order contains multiple items we will send you each item as it’s ready, so you may receive multiple packages at different times.
Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.
Lost Package?
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

Estimated shipping time frames are calculated based on average shipping times. The timeline estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends and holidays.
